Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and No Shows will be charged $40 fee. While trying to accommodate our patients scheduling needs as timely as possible, we strictly enforce our no show policy.

PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS

Please contact us or call your pharmacy for prescription renewals. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.

NO SHOW POLICY

There is a $40 fee for no shows or appointments canceled less than 48 hours notice. We apologize for the inconvenience!
